I drive my family to Florida to reunite with my sister and her family almost every holiday and enjoy the holidays together. Before that, I always bought a new mobile mount to replace the previous one, which was either useless or broken. This has become a habit.
This is the first mount that I have completely trusted from the beginning. I browsed hundreds of car mounts on Amazon and found that YRU stood out among many brands. First of all, it is already a 10-year-old company. Secondly, they can provide a 60-month warranty on their products, which is arguably unparalleled.
During my purchase process, their customer service was also very enthusiastic and provided effective help. Given this, I already had very good expectations before receiving the package.
In addition, Amazon’s delivery is excellent as always. Opening the package, it is indeed well-made and worthy of its name. After putting the suction cup, it is as solid as a rock. I can remove the limpet from the rock more easily than taking this thing off. With this in mind, make sure you have determined the final fixing position before peeling off the protective film to fix it in place.
The black suction cup looks better in the Florida sun than the clear rubber suction cup on the previous mount I used. It is very versatile and you can use the suction cup to mount it on the dashboard. The suction cup is washable; if you find it dirty, the stickiness will be strong after cleaning.
It should be remembered that if you want to achieve the metal arm fit shown in the picture, some strength is required before the first use. Don’t be scared by the state of not using it initially. You can think of it as being in a condensed state that takes steps to activate. Try to increase the strength to bend it. This kind of item that can be soft and needs solid support will have a critical point of change, which means that too little or too much is not the best way to use it. This requires patience to experiment and let it reach the best fit for your car. I think you will have a lot of fun with this process and get your unique car mount.
Also, suggest that clean the dashboard or other place you place it before use, the suction cup is very strong and can suck up old dirt.
After driving it for a few weeks, I can say that it does not shake at all and does not distract me from driving. The small rubber pad under the bracket arm does a good job. The bracket arm must be bent into shape, which can be a little difficult to get just right. I found that bending it into shape before fixing it in place is the best method. Carefully positioning the rubber cable clip along the bracket arm can further enhance its stability.
I highly recommend this car phone holder. It meets my travel needs and exceeds all brackets I have purchased in the past. It is worth buying such a stable and durable bracket at this price!

Always wanted a phone holder like this that doesn’t block or damage air vents, doesn’t obstruct my view, and is strong enough to hold the weight of my phone. This one does all that for my Samsung S24 Ultra.
Since first installing on my dashboard last month, it has remained without shaking or wobbling or falling, despite the type of road or speed bumps. My phone is safe and secure and in good reach.
It also works well with the iPhone Pro Max. This is a nice, sturdy phone holder I’m happy to recommend.

I really like it so far! I’ve had it installed for about two weeks! It’s easy to take my phone on and off. The installation was pretty easy too – at first it wasn’t suctioning to my dash, but I moved it further back and it suctioned great and hasn’t moved at all! I also like that you can re-suction it later on if you need to, without it leaving any residue. So far, so good! (I have a 2015 TRD 4 Runner for reference)

There are many different types of car mounts, and because of my height limitations, I was always worried about blocking my already blurry view of the road.
Luckily, I found this YRU bendable car phone mount, which allows me to place it directly on the dashboard, but still extend far enough I can see the entire road.It has accompanied me through city roads and mountain roads and is my perfect car companion.
This type of phone mount has pros and cons. I will try to explain them in detail so that you can judge whether this is a good choice.
1.Adjustable and Flexibility. A bendable metal support arm can bend arbitrarily, so that there are different shapes to suit one’s viewing habits, and can even have a wavy degree of bending. However, do not think it is soft, the stable support has a certain metal hardness, and it also requires some effort to bend.
2.Durability and Stability. Several weeks ago,It has not loosened up even on bad roads with potholes. With a reusable suction cup, and surprisingly the stickiness can be restored. If the suction cup is not as strong as before, remove it wash it, and then use it after it is air-dried.
3. Adaptability. It has an adjustable bottom support foot（also reserves space for the charging port） and retractable long and short clamp arms; The recommendation on their page is 4-7”, which is compatible with the size of iPhone and Samsung phones. My friend’s iPhone 15 Pro and my iPhone 15 PRO MAX are a good match.
*The only limitation is that if the dashboard surface is leather or textile, it cannot stick to the surface, and I do not recommend it to be placed in this position. Please choose a flat surface for installation. A curved surface will affect the suction of the suction cup.

I was trying to find a place to put it on the dash after giving up on the minimalist air vent mount. I must admit it’s a bit long. On the one hand, this is an advantage, on the other, in my opinion, it is a disadvantage. My phone was spinning around a bit because of that long arm. The device is quite massive and well-made, with various adjustment options. My 6-inch screen phone holds securely even on uneven surfaces. Decent quality, well thought out and works well. So I certainly recommend it. I was pleasantly surprised.

If you live in a furnace like Arizona, this is the car phone mount you should be using.
I have tried many different phone holders for my car. They all usually end up the same way just after the summer months hit. They either melt off the windshield or the dashboard of the car because of the extreme heat that Arizona gets. Another thing that goes wrong because of the heat, is the plastic arm with the tightening screw that holds your phone in a certain position. I had one last year that actually warped the plastic arm. The screw part will break next due to the sun exposure making you phone dance around, never staying in one position.
Despite all that, I tried another one. I purchased the YRU car phone mount with a suction cup and an aluminum arm. That is right, an aluminum one, strong and flexible. One that wont break or bend in the heat of the Phoenix sun. I have had this mounted for the past few months now. The last few weeks the temp has risen to or above one hundred degrees outside, we all know how hot it gets inside the car and the phone mount still is holding strong to the dash. Even though it is still early on I would highly recommend this car mount.

We’ve been using this phone holder in the car for a couple of weeks now, and it’s fantastic.
It was straightforward to install, with clear instructions. The suction is great, and it has not moved or fallen off the car’s dash. We’ve had a week of warm weather now with the car getting a lot hotter, and it’s still in place.
The holder rotates well (left and right, up and down) so it can be adjusted for whoever needs to see the screen (ie passenger or driver). I love the position of the release button as it makes it so easy to remove the phone without issue, and you have easy access to the charging port.
Great purchase – I highly recommend it.
