Best balance of airflow and filtration I’ve yet found. Better than Denso and better than OEM for 2017 Lexus GX460 and 2011 Subaru Outback. Very pleased. I’ve tried several HEPA (Bosch) and near-HEPA filters but I’m just convinced that modern vehicles require more airflow than these designs can provide. WIX got it right.

Perfect fit for my 2012 Subaru Outback. My old one was filthy; quite possibly had never been replaced. I’ve only had the car for just over a year, so I really can’t say for sure. Will definitely be more diligent about replacing at least once a year, and will likely buy this again. Significantly cheaper than buying from the auto parts store or taking it to my mechanic. Easy DIY replacement.

Another quality Wix filter. I’ve shown a couple side by side shots of the my original 2018 Rav4 cabin filter and the new Wix. Obviously the original was pretty dirty so it is doing it’s job. This pic was at about 32,000 miles and the maintenance schedule recommends replacement at the 30,000 mile service.
You can see in the photos that the appearance of the 2 filters is very similar (sans dirt) The dimensions are the same for the Wix. The depth of the filter is the same and they both have the same number of pleats at 39. I am confident I will get a similar level of cabin filtering with the Wix filter at a reasonable price.

This Wix filter was one of two that fit and best matched my 2011 4Runner filter. The Amazon Parts tool, just like other auto parts stores, show various sizes for my 4Runner’s cabin air filter, most of which were incorrect. Its definitely important to measure your current filter before trusting and buying a new one based on the internet’s suggestions.
This filter was a perfect fit. Tight but still installed easily. Plus it has BioShield 75 rather than just baking soda. Their website claims this coating “effectively inhibits the growth of mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, plus protects against deterioration, discoloration, and odor.” I just installed my second one and the first definitely did a great job at trapping pollen, leaves and other stuff that would have otherwise been blowing around inside my truck.
For something you can install in less than a minute and costs less than $12, its far greater value than what your local dealership can offer. Even if you don’t do any other maintenance on your vehicle, save yourself the money, time and effort of dealing with the dealership and replace your old filter with this yourself. In less time than it takes you to find your keys, start your car, and back out of the driveway, you could change this filter. If you have a 2010 4Runner or newer, this is the cabin filter you’ve been searching hard for.

Wix filter are the Best! The quality of their Cabin Air Panel is the finest of all the Cabin Air Panels I have used over the years for my autos. It has finest quality materials and the manufacturing of the filter is flawless. My wife has an asthma issue and with the Wix Cabin Air Panel she honestly says that the air quality in the car is much better than other filters. Easy to follow instructions to install as well.
