I ordered the 4″ cord. Its overall length is 10 inches, which is much longer than it should be. There’s a sticker on the back of the package, that states “4inch”, but this is not correct. I was able to overlook that. The disapointment came when I noticed the 4″ cord was not compatible with my OtterBox Commuter case (for the Note9). This 4″ cord has a different design than the 5″ (from a previous purchase). The 4″ USB-C end is more shallow, and it will not reach the phone’s socket (with the case on). The 5″ cord was perfect, and is compatible with my OtterBox case. Overall, I am still happy.

I love the long length of this cord. It’s very flexible and soft. I don’t have to struggle with it when I’m on my phone and its charging. It plugs in easily and stays in. Plus, the way it’s angled, it seems that the place where the cord comes out of plug in part will never get frayed or split. That’s the biggest reason why I’ve had to continually replace cords. I don’t think that will happen with this cord. This is the best charging cord I’ve ever owned! Highly recommended.
Update: Still just as great over a year later! No signs of fraying or coming apart yet!

The images and listing description are exact. The cable is tightly braided with nylon and has longer than normal strain relief rubber/plastic on both ends. I had no issues with charging or using the cable to transfer data. When plugged into a fast charger, 3 different brand phones show “Fast Charging”. Tested with Qualcomm QC3.0, Samsung, and an inseego charger (5v@3amps, 9v@2amps, and 12v@1.5amps). Data transfer speeds were on target when connected to a USB3 port. Cord has been working flawlessly for my application and I’m very pleased with the durability and solid construction.

I’ve used several different right angle chargers that were very cheaply made and /or had a loose fit when connected causing unreliable charging. This charging cable is durable. I ordered the 10′ because I use my phone while it’s charging. This works perfect. The connection is snug and I have had no issues after a few weeks of using it.

PSA: I’m not one to write negative product reviews, but I purchased this chord a month ago and it looked and worked great for about 35 days. I purchased many of these types of reinforced chords and they always break at the connecting points. I bought this cord because of the 90° angle at the connections hoping it would last longer since the contact areas would technically wear less. Today, the cord stopped working. I carefully cleaned the usbc port, along with the phone’s charging port but nothing. I then checked with several other chords and they all worked fine – they immediately connected and started charging.
I also noticed that the plastic covering fell off.
This cable sat by my bed and did not move during its short lifetime, I was not hard on it, and it always remained clean. Either way, I hope this was just a defective cord and others don’t experience the same issue.
I would be delighted to exchange this for a working cord to give it another shot, but my return period ended 2 days ago. If the manufacturer is reading this, please let me know if there is a warranty period and if I can exchange this for a working cord. The design looks great, and worked well while it lasted.

This is a great chord for charging your cell phones and tablets. I have broken many cords over the years by bending the cord where it plugs into the phone. I don’t know why it took me such a long time to look for a right angle cord but I am so glad that I found this product. It is sturdy, unlike the standard thin ones that come with your phones or tablets. I liked this item so much that I ordered several and gave to my family as surcees for Christmas. I do recommend this item because of its sturdiness and design. The cost of these cords is little more than the price of a regular charger cord.
