Well, ok, for now I have a messy cord because I have an iPhone 12 that still charges with a lighting attachment, but I ordered this in anticipation of upgrading to the c-type port. I have an older vehicle that this charger works well in. I like that it can still support an additional c-type cord and even usb (hey, you never know!). I like the two retractable cords that it comes with and they function very well. The charger also rotates up and down (side to side). It’s kind of a large charger and I wouldn’t say it charges extra fast by any means but it gets the job done.

I really like this car charger! Looks good in my truck and charges my new iphone super fast. The retractable cables are solid and seem built to last. This is perfect for my old truck with no USD outlets. The extra USD A & C outputs make it perfect for a family. Everyone gets to charge! Plus the charger rotates, so you can position it best or most out of the way. Very happy with this charger!

Really the only dislike is that even after peeling the protective plastic the volt gauge still looks fuzzy.
Aside from that 2x USB-C is a huge win and receptacles for USB-A and USB-C as well. We like these for charging the phones in the car on road trips. This worked out great!

I’m not a technie, so I don’t know the names for all the different components. I got a new iphone 16 pro for Christmas and had to upgrade all my charging devices to USB C. I got this to use in my car, and so far it works fine.

If you deal with cable clutter in your car you need to get one of these. It’s a total gamechanger and I love it. A few things to keep in mind though:
1. The retractable cables are not very long. They’re perfectly adequate for front-seat use, but they won’t reach into the back seat of your sedan.
2. The device is a little big. This isn’t a problem for me, and I have a fairly limited space around my power-outlet, but make sure your vehicle has space to clear it.
3. There’s only one USB port on it, the two USB-C retractable cables, and one USB-c port. If you or your friends have a lot of legacy devices that aren’t all on the USB-c bandwagon yet, you may find yourselves fighting over that one port. If that’s your use-case, I’d recommend looking into other similar devices that have more USB ports, or have a lightning port one of the retractable cables.
On the whole, I love this thing, and I think you will too. By far the most helpful car charger I’ve ever owned, and until I get a modern vehicle with built in USB ports, I think it will continue to be a staple for me.
