This has a pretty narrow use case just due to the limited adjustability. The magnet is strong and charging works well. It however is very stiff when pulling in or out to adjust the length. So much so that you feel like you might break it when you are first setting it up. The appearance though is very clean and a really nice, subtle way to hold and charge the phone. It feels quite secure and has a confident hold.

Le produit est bon, très qualitatif et bien pensé. Il est pratique et fonctionne très bien. Attention ! Il faut être TRES SOIGNEUX.SE pour que l’autocollant 3M adhère parfaitement. En effet, il faut : (1) que la surface soit propre et sèche, (2) appuyer fortement sur la base qu’on a collée pendant 30 secondes lors de la 1ère pose ET PUIS, (3) LAISSER L’AUTOCOLLANT se solidifier pendant 24 HEURES AVANT DE L’UTILISER. Si vous ne respectez pas ces étapes, l’autocollant ne tiendra pas et se décollera au bout de quelques heures ou de quelques jours.
Expérience personnelle : la 1ère fois, j’avais collé le support téléphonique en appuyant simplement un peu dessus. Il n’a pas tenu. Avec le second autocollant fourni, j’avais collé le support téléphonique, l’avais bien appuyé pendant 10 secondes sans bouger, puis avais attendu 12 heures (seulement). Il avait lâché après 1 jour… Heureusement, le fournisseur a été super pro (merci à lui) et m’a envoyé un second exemplaire en me conseillant d’attendre 24 heures après la pose avant de l’utiliser. Conseil que j’ai suivi et là, ça tient parfaitement depuis 2 semaines.

Squeaky noise from the adhesive side. It is unbearable to me, so I am returning it. This is not a unit defect, since my replacement unit has same issue. (or 2 consecutive unit defects).
I really liked the previous version, and wanted to upgrade to Qi 2. But very disappointed with the new design.

I have been looking for a phone holder that would actually hold onto my phone in the Jeep, its a bumpy ride no matter where you’re driving and most holders don’t do the job and phone goes flying, or better yet phone AND mount go flying when you hit a decent bump. So far, this thing is amazing. Now, I didn’t go off-roading yet, just drove around town to do errands, but phone sat on its mount and didn’t move a millimeter even going over the crazy speed bumps that no one notices cause they’re not painted. Color me impressed! The charging feature is a huge bonus, no more charging cords dangling and swaying when not in use. For such a small footprint, it leaves a big impression. I stuck this on the windshield as its the most convenient spot, sticks really well there. I have no even attempted to stuck anywhere like the dash because i know that wont be working for me. One end of the charging cable is angled, the other is straight. It would have been awesome if both were angled because of how my outlets are set up in the Jeep, but I can see why they didn’t do that as it would most likely not work in my Civic. I plan on purchasing two more for the other cars.

The mount works great for the phone. It extends well it mounts on the back of my Ford Mustang March E screen. I give the product 5 STARS. When I went to place the order, it had a picture in white, but said the product was black in the description for the mount. When I received it, it was white. I did keep the product, but they need to show what the product is and have the writing properly.

The unit looks great and fits great, my only annoyance is that when you add the phone (for me that is an Iphone 14Pro), it seems that the weight of the phone makes the plastic on the unit squeek. You’ll hear this if you hit any road bump. Pretty annoying.
