This product came in excellent condition and on time. Was exactly as shown.
The quality of the build is commercial and plenty of cable to do the job. The only cons I found is that you need to cut a wire to get the distance display on the screen and need to splice it together again if you want it off. Would have been far better to add a simple on/off option in the menu of the monitor like many other of this type.
Display quality is quite good for a reverse cam but except no better then 480. This is NOT HD by any means.
Night vision is okay also but the hue of the image in low light isn’t good. The image is pretty clear at night but the hue will change randomly from pinkish, to purple to blue.
This is a great product for the price overall and I do recommend it. You will not find anything better at this price point.

Appears to have good quality. Camera is very heavy duty, monitor is easy to install. Heavy 4-pin connectors up to Monitor. Appears to be commercial use product. Excellent price from Amazon again. Very long cable – great for RV or similar. Camera’s are large, so a little bit harder to hide for backup, aluminum housing and sealed. Will update after using for a period of time. Also comes with “green” back up circuit for instant-on when put into reverse.
Update: After a few days of use I have to agree with the 1-star ratings. The picture is poor, terrible night time image, long start-up, mounting bracket is cheap junk and the remote is a joke. At first sight the camera’s appear to be high quality – I guess the manufacturer feels weight=quality. but the product is very low quality. There are several other systems out on the market at 4X the cost, but it you want good image quality and a monitor and cameras that last it may be a much better option. I also bought the pod-style backup camera only to have moisture ingress in a few days. Instructions within the package are as bad as it gets, and the download of the Pyle website is poor. I wrote two separate emails to them requesting feedback. Don’t waste your time with these systems unless your just looking for low price and low quality.

I have this camera on my 32 foot class A RV and it is great. We needed to run the wires since the old analog wiring harness is not compatibel. But after we crawled along the length of the chassis and fed the wires to the dashboard setup was easy. I like the fact you can flip the signal horizontal or vertical so you can set it up as you would see things in a mirror. I did not have the problems some other forks had with the unit quitting working or not working out of the box. The camera seems to be a solid quality with a heavy duty metal housing. The color monitor is decent quality. The wiring harness was just long enough for my coach. So on a larger coach this wire would be too short. (We ran it from the middle top part of the back in the trim piece to the side corner inside a plastic trim, behind the bumper to the center, along the frame underneath to the doghouse into the dashboard.) A more direct line would give you some extra feet. Overall a great replacement of my old system. I would buy it again in a heartbeat but hope it will last me for a long time.

Well packaged for shipment, fairly easy to install and operate. Picture is very clear and the 7″ screen is large when compared to other systems. Very nice camera and monitor for a low price!!

Excellent camera. Bought 2 of them for our heavy duty work trucks. Easy to install only 3 wires ‘Constant 12V power, Backup 12V power and Ground. Came with more than sufficient cord to run from the back of the truck to the front cab. Only downfall was the 3M sticker did not stick very well to any surface in the cab but if you have some spare screws laying around they work just as good.
