Easy to install on the back of the headrest. At first we thought that some of the devices wouldn’t fit in the holder, but upon further investigation, there’s a button on the back that allows it to stretch and extend even farther than we thought. It is so convenient to have the built-in retractable chargers, and we use it almost every day. At first we thought that one of the two charging chords was not working, because the C type chord was lit up and the Lightning was not, but when we plugged a device into the lightning, it lit up and worked just fine. Not sure if the lightning is supposed to have the light on all the time, or whether the c is supposed to go off when nothing is charging. Either way it’s not a deal breaker because both chargers still work perfectly, it’s just peculiar.

Das Autoschnellladegerät für die Befestigung an der Kopfstütze ist eine tolle Sache.
Man kann sowohl Tablets als auch Smartphones sicher befestigen. Es sind zwei ausziehbare Kabel vorhanden die einen USB-C und einen iPhoneanschluss haben.
Seitlich sind zusätzlich zwei Ladebuchsen eingebaut (1x USB-C, 1x USB-A) mit welchem man mit den entsprechenden Kabeln zwei weitere Geräte laden kann.
Am Anschlussstecker für die Autosteckdose sind nochmals zwei USB-Buchsen vorhanden.
Der Handyhalter lässt sich schnell und einfach befestigen und hält gut. Auch das Gerät sitzt fest in der Halterung, sodass auch bei stärkeren Bremsvorgängen keine Gefahr des Herausfallens besteht.
Habe die Ladehalterung während der Urlaubsreise genutzt und bin begeistert.

I still have an iphone with a lightning connector. The wife has the newest one with a usb-c plug. So, technically we would both be able to use it for our phones. The problem is we aren’t the ones in the back seat. The rugrats are in the back seat with ipads that both use usb-c. So, one gets a retractable cord and the other uses a regular cord out the side.
What’s really frustrating is that I ALREADY HAVE two usb-c outlets built into the center console that probably cost me an extra $600 when I bought the car but the low plugs always, ALWAYS, get kicked and then the $30 cords are broken in short order.
So I guess what I’m saying is that this thing has enough outlets up top to keep the kids from practicing their power kicks (that’s what all the six year olds are saying on the soccer field) in the car on our charge cords.
Does that make sense?
Can you tell I have two small children? We only even use the ipads on long trips, but the cords are a fixture in the car, ready when we need them. End rant.

My boys have different phone types. One is team iPhone and the other is team android. This has a built in charging cable for each of those.
The cables can reach them both easily while they’re both on the second row of the car.
There’s a blue light letting you know that there’s power going to the charger. So you know that it’s plugged into a working outlet. The charging time is relatively quick.
I haven’t used the phone holder part yet. But it seems sturdy.
I’d definitely recommend this. Especially if you take frequent road trips.

We finally installed the charger in the car to go on a trip. It doesn’t work. I just discovered that the adapter that goes into the power supply has a fuse, and that’s useless.

This backseat car charger station is perfect for rideshare drivers – a nice amenity for travelers like me, always running around with a phone that’s about to die. I love how it’s out of the way yet easily accessible and the retractable cords help preserve a tidy appearance. Then having the ability to have it hold your screen is an added plus; folks can easily stream on their phones in cars without such built-ins, or whatever they may want or need handsfree, as a guest in your car. The car charger station is easy to use and install, and is also a great value.

I sure could’ve benefitted from this back when I did rideshare driving, but it still gets plenty of use on family road trips. The install is super easy too, and the charging cables work as advertised. It also holds most cell phones; which is awesome for the kids to watch streaming shows or play games while travelling.

At first glance, this device looks to offer great functionality at a very affordable price! The concept is good but the build quality is lacking. Of course it is made of mostly plastic,, which is fine as long as it is made of quality materials. This device does not possess that quality feel and mine broke within a week of private use (broke at one of the swivel points). Before it broke, the charging speed was decent but not overly speedy. I am not sure if I received a lemon or not because there is no way it would have held up to the rigors of a ride share application. Unfortunately, this product did not work out for me!
