I haven’t had a chance to start my car with this yet, but I was able to charge my phone on it and use the powerful flashlight. As others have said the battery itself might not be powerful enough to start a car battery due to voltage requirements. I will wait and see how that function works.
The device is made out of durable plastic and is perfect to store away in the trunk for emergencies. Value wise it ranks in similar pricing to other jump starters you can buy at an auto supply store.

This is a large and powerful starter that fills a lot of emergency and non-emergency uses. It’s large size is intended to be suitable to flans large-displacement engines, but it also gives it high power as a power bank, though with some caveats.
While I haven’t yet had to jump my car battery, I was able to test the 12v power output, thanks to the cigarette lighter plug accessory that is provided. This will allow you to power nearly any 12v car accessory. My 160w power adapter nearly maxed out its 100W USB-PD outlet, a great performance from past experience.
While the USB-C port on the charger will also provide power, it won’t do so at full PD level, which I don’t quite understand as the bank is obviously fully capable of that. To charge a laptop, you’ll need a 12v PD charger to do so.
The instructions for use in jumpstarting are clear and easy to understand, so I don’t expect any issues when finally needing that. The bank also has a flashlight, which is a necessity for actually jumping in the dark.
The jumper clamps are very compact, though they should be able to wrap completely around a bolt or electrode. Because they are short, you’ll have to stage this close to the battery, but all the externals (including the clamp bodies) are plastic, so this should be safe.
Great peace of mind, particularly if you have a teen driver you don’t want to be begging strangers for a jump start.

Okay, to be clear, I haven’t had the opportunity yet to try this out for the purposes of jump-starting a vehicle.
However, it actually came in very handy last weekend when I needed to inflate a small air mattress. The only pump that I had was the type that plugs into a car’s cigarette lighter, so I thought I was out of luck, until I remembered that I had this thing.
This awesomely comes with a cigarette lighter adapter thingy. So I was able to plug that into the power pack, then plug the air mattress pump into that adapter, and bam, turned it on and it fired right up, and I was sleeping cozy all night.
I was pretty skeptical at first, because this thing is very lightweight, but it took a handful of hours to fully charge when I got it, so I feel like that is (hopefully) a good indicator that it’ll have enough power juice to jump-start a car.
I’ll try to update this review after I’ve tried it out on that (I should have the opportunity in the next few weeks). So far I really like it, though — it’s lightweight, slim, and portable, and the adapters and accessories are very helpful!

This little beauty is really slick. It came fully charged & ready to go. There’s a plethora of ports to charge all of your devices—two USB outputs on the top and USB A & USB C on the side as well as a port to plug in the included cigarette adapter for 12V DC charging. It has a flashlight with three different modes- steady on, S.O.S & strobe and also comes with a nice little bag to store everything in.
Oh, and it also jump-starts your vehicle, lol. I’ve used it once so far to jumpstart a 2014 Buick Verano and it started right up!

I received this item as a part of my membership with Amazon Vine. I really think these should be standard in all vehicles. This is an amazing tool that can really save you in a pinch. I ordered this battery jump starter to replace the one i had that aged out and would no longer hold a charge after more than 5 years of service and it looks and feels like a similar high quality product. I was even able to help a stranger out after i went food shopping; i was putting my groceries in my car when a young woman approached me and asked if i had jumper cables because her car battery was dead. I told her i dont have cables but i do have something better! I busted out this kit, connected it to her car and she was immediately able to get the car started! This is a great battery backup as well and can be used to charge your devices many times over. Definitely recommended!

Normally, I wouldn’t start off with things that I consider faults but after having 2 other similar devices fail after less than a year, I’m expecting more. The first thing I consider a fault is how lightweight this Jumper is. Again, after having two other, each weighing about 4 lbs, this one doesn’t seem very robust. The plastic casing is thin and there doesn’t seem to be much in the way of battery weight, making me concerned about how much power this device has to deliver.
With all that said, it is packaged nicely, has reasonably good instructions, and does provide a carrying bag for all the accessories. Also, it has a very nice set of jumper cables with surge protections built in – very nice to have. Plus, it can act as a power bank for charging phones and other portable devices. So, its versatile. I’m giving it 4 stars because of all the Pros, and will check back to this review, after I’ve used it as a jump starter (where I will either give it an extra star or take some stars away). I’m hoping this will become a good, long-term jump starter that I can put in my wife’s car, without worry. Time will tell.
