Had a pop socket that was great, but barely extended enough to use as a stand (precariously if table perfectly level/zero movement). Thought I’d try this so I could read or watch videos hands-free. It is a good idea, poorly executed. Mine lasted 3 months with only occasional foldout use of the chrome ring. However, it slowly became loosened and the chrome ring is now completely lose and flops open. It catches in my pocket when trying to remove and overall is now mostly just irritatingly in the way. The ring itself is large, so doesn’t feel secure when trying to use with finger inside for additional support when using phone camera – ie: selfies. I found the pop socket to provide a much more secure feel for extended arm use. I did use it a couple times in my car, but the weight of the phone only allows it to function in the portrait mode. Really not an ideal use since it blocks a significant part of your A/C vent anyway. Noted many others have reported problems with the chrome ring. I will be reordering a pop socket and just installing slightly offset to better use as a stand.

Easy to install on my phone, and easy to use. I can mount it on the vent in my car, or prop it up on a table. I’m careful when I lay it down on my nice dining room table because I think it might scratch it…but that has nothing to do with this product. Also, when you have it in the vent of your car, be careful when you have the heat on, as it will really heat up the phone, especially if you have it in a case! I do recommend this product.

The most useful phone accessory I’ve ever purchased. The 3M adhesive holds strong, however can be removed and reapplied without any loss in adhesive strength.
The ring hold can be rotated 360 degrees, this is useful when switching view from portrait to landscape and the ring itself doubles as a stand. There is also another dedicated stand for propping up phone for hand free watching. Personally, the ring works better as stand than the stand itself
Overall this provides a far more stable hold, useful if you are standing on crowded public transport, being bumped either which way. Far more difficult to dislodge from being bumped than if you were using a pop socket

This product is alright. I loved the idea that it had the specific tool to allow your phone to hang up on a vent in any car. This makes it easy to have navigation in the car. It works really well. The ring part of the tool is okay. The idea that is can swivel from horizontal to vertical is a good idea.. but it does at the edge and not in the middle. This means if you put the phone bracket on horizontal when you switch it to vertical the weight is uneven and it wont stay up and falls over. I think if the made the swivel in the middle it would make the product way more functional.

Looking back at the date that I bought it in, (February of 2020) to now (June of 2020) I can honestly say that it didn’t last very long. When it first arrived I was extremely excited about it and even after a month the performance of the ring was awesome but as the months passed by I realized that it became less and less durable.
The elasticity, yes, was strong and never failed but the hook that allowed me to prop my phone up ended up coming apart because of a strew that came loos which left the phone ring unusable. Next I noticed that when I spun the ring around it make indents or lines in my phone case making my case look more than a year old when it’s barely a year old.
I also noticed that the part used to hold my phone up while I’m driving isn’t stable or strong AT ALL. My phone was wobbling up and down as I drove which made it very annoying to look at the directions.

I’ve used a LOT of phone ring holders/phone cases/etc and I was really excited to use this. Item looks sturdy and I like that it has multiple uses. The car mount – Works Great! I really like that it doesn’t require adding anything else on my dash. That’s where the good ends.
It attaches well, really well, but the ring is a bit uncomfortable. I thought maybe repositioning it would help, but the adhesive is really on there – can’t take it off. Which is fine, I make it work. But I’ve been using this for only 5 days now and everything else is falling apart.
The ring part has become loose already and parts are coming off… Maybe they should have used the same adhesive as they used for the base (part that attaches to the phone) to the rest of the item’s parts. For instance, the circle metal piece that’s in the middle of the item is NOT actually incorporated into the product, I thought it acted like a screw to allow for the swivel. NOPE – it is glued on, just a cover, and it is falling apart. The actual part that swivels, is becoming more and more lifted, causing my phone to be less flat, and the metallic ring part, doesn’t stay down anymore.
5 days. And since it’s permanently attached to my case, I now have to get a new case as well. Waste. of. money.

I got tired of my phone holder that clipped on to my vent. It kept falling off, and it frustrated me. This is so much better! Because it’s small, I can clip it on the vent directly next to my steering wheel and it doesn’t block the vent nor the digital menu just above it. My phone has never fallen off (unless I accidentally knock it off). I prefer the “ring” to hold my phone in situations where I want to be sure and have a firm grip– such as photographing over a bridge or a place where I don’t want to risk accidentally dropping my phone. It’s great for to set my phone on a firm surface to watch videos, too. Very happy with this!

This product does exactly what it was made for and allows me to have a good grip on it when using my phone. It is very easy to attach and rotates easily while feeling sturdy when turning the bracket to whichever degree that’s needed. I bought it in red and since I have a clear case and a silver phone it looks great. I’m thinking of getting another case because I like to switch cases at times and when I do, I will not hesitate to buy another bracket in a different color.

This is a nice idea, but has a few drawbacks. I cannot wirelessly charge my iPhone, and the car vent clip, for whatever reason, makes my phone tilt slightly to one side instead of holding my phone completely straight. Also, the silver circle in the middle is moving around a bit, and it seems like it’s about to fall off. Other than that, it can be useful to prop my phone up, but I will sadly have to take this off my phone. I may give it to my girlfriend since her phone does not have the wireless charging capability.
