I have not actually measure it, but I think it should be providing the full 15W to my Pixels.
I just upgraded from Pixel 8 Pro to 9 Pro and both were charging faster with this one than before.
I got this charger specifically because of the design of my car. I needed something allowing to get some vertical room for my phone to be fully visible besides the wheel.
This one clamps fine to the vents and set the phone about two inches up.
I have not feel the fan yet but the phone has not complain of heat either.
The magnet hold both phones fine, even with a metal case I had in the 8 Pro.

It may seem like a low bar that it works as promised, but I don’t know how many vent mounts I’ve purchased over the years that slip out of the vent when I zip around a tight curve, or in which getting the phone on and off is a hassle.
I’ve had this mount for a month, and it works & fits perfectly on both the round vents of my Mini Countryman and the rectangular vents of my Honda CR-V. It also charges my phone as fast as any magnetic charger I’ve used.
I’ll be getting a second one soon to have one in each car all the time.

Very nice fast car charger/mount. It appears to be on clearance or sell at the time of purchase which makes this an unbelievable deal. It has the cooling fan with TEC to keep it from slowing down due to getting hot and will help keep your battery healthy due to cooler charging. It is one of the fastest, or even maybe the fastest charger for my Moto 5G Stylist 2024. Easy to install tops off this product. It only takes a couple of minutes to install which makes it easy to move amount multiple cars as needed.
I am going to order another which should tell my true feelings of this charger/car mount.

I love the concept of a magnetic charging phone mount, though they haven’t seem to greatly improve the efficacy and design since I had my first one almost 6 years ago. Some things don’t need improvement, like a reliable ball joint, or the placement of the mount, such as air vents, dashboards or windows. But the designs are relatively the same, and surprisingly, the charging power and magnetism haven’t improved much. Essentially, the magnetic charger keeps your phone’s battery from dwindling. If you’re running multiple apps and actively using it, don’t expect your phone to gain battery power. I also think those that have a hard case may fare better than those with a silicone case.
I also had a fan on my previous one, and while this one is slightly quieter, it aids in cooling the phone just the same. In fact, in warmer situations and in direct sunlight, the fan is no match for overheating. As for the hook design, it functions, but it’s not as reliable or secure as I’d prefer, but perhaps it’s because of my car vents, hence, I don’t really use this charger. I, instead, rely upon a CarPlay screen. I will say the adjustability is quite smooth, Though I’ve never found myself using that function with any mount, personally. I prefer a fixed screen, but it’s nice to have that option.
Overall, if your mount is secure and stable, holds your phone well, and can keep your battery from draining, while keeping it relatively cool, I’d say it’s worth the investment, though your mileage (pun not intended) may vary.

I just got a new pixel 9xl so I wanted to upgrade my car charger as well and loved that this one had a fan for the winter season. I doubt I’d get this one again. The charge goes on and off, so during an hour drive with navigation on it only gained about 2 percent for the charge. It mounts solidly to the vent but if the arm is at any kind of angle the phone rotated down as with a softer plastic nut it felt like it would break if I tightened it any more. All around just not impressed and the best thing about it is that the fan is quiet.

I’ve long been a fan of Lisen products. I love their car chargers specifically. There are a couple of features about this one that I really like.
As with most of their chargers I really like the hook that attaches it to the louvers of the air vent. You hook it on and then gently tighten it until it is snugly in place. Next, the magnetic charging surface is on an arm that swivels easily to position your phone where you want it. This is nice when you want to be able to glance at your phone and keep the CarPlay screen in view. Next, it charges the phone really well. At first I was a little frustrated because it didn’t seem like it was charging, or going very slowly. This is likely because I was navigating using Waze, so the screen was always on and the GPS was running. That tends to use battery quickly. Despite that, I went from 71% to 90% in a 100 mile trip while heavily taxing the phone’s resources. I suspect that it would charge much quicker without the GPS being active. Lastly, I really like the fan that cools the phone. Phones can get hot and that really drags down the functionality. I know this blows away from the phone to keep it cool. I have used it during the winter so I don’t think my phone has been at risk overheating, but I’ll know more this summer.
The price is right, so I can highly recommend this product and most products from Lisen.

Works well enough but I’ve noticed that the wireless charging will “dip” and the charging will have to start over. Just a minor annoyance but it does it often enough for me to notice it while driving. Otherwise I have no complaints.
