Excelente producto, tenía miedo que quedara suelto o que el imán no fuera muy potente. Pero todo lo contrario, se sujeta bien a la ranura de CDs y el imán es super potente.
Lo recomiendo mucho, en toyota Matrix 2007 y con una Huawei Mate Pro 13.2“ queda perfecto. No estorba a la palanca de cambios ni al volante, el único detalle es que el botón de Hazzard queda tras la tablet, pero quizá para un teléfono o tablet más pequeña son dificultad accedes al Hazzard.
En topes y terraceria reacciona muy bien y no se resvala ni vibra exageradamente.
Recomiendo mucho para actualizas su sistema de infoentretenimiento.

I used to use a suction mounted mount, but it was always falling off when the weather changed, and I had to take it off whenever I visited California. When it finally broke, I replaced it with one of those vent mounts. That didn’t last long, and it blocked my vent which was really annoying, especially on hot days when it blocked the AC.
I decided that I wanted to try a magnetic mount since it’s annoying to mess with clips and clamps, so I got one that sticks to the dash with adhesive. After deciding that there wasn’t really an ideal place to mount it, I compromised and sound what appeared to be a secure spot and mounted it. Within 2 days, the weight of the phone had pulled the adhesive off of the mount (still stuck to the dash, so I was convinced I needed a different type of mount.
Finally, I decided on a CD slot holder since it had the benefit of being centrally located, but would be more secure and not block the vents.
I chose this model since it appeared to be solidly built (one reviewer said it was metal, but it’s just heavy duty plastic with a nice flat finish) and had a broad magnetic surface (and a great price).
It came with several different colored steel plates (for the magnet to stick to) so you can match your phone, but I just slipped one in the Speck Products CandyShell Case for iPhone SE/5/5S -Retail Packaging- Black/Slate Grey and it works great.
The phone has never fallen off the mount even on rough roads and some gnarly potholes.

I’d already gotten tired of opening spring-loaded wings and lowering little shelves to mount my phone on a holder in my car. Then I saw these magnetic mounts and thought I’d give them a try. I’m glad I did. They are so much easier to use. It has a very small profile, and fits directly into my CD slot (which I don’t use otherwise). A thumbscrew tightens it snugly into the slot and once you adjust the angle you want your phone to be held, you’re ready to go.
My phones, both a Galaxy A5 and a Pixel 8, are bigger than typical phones and are not strongly attracted to a magnet. However, the mount comes with a self-adhesive metal plate that can be stuck on the back of the phone to enhance the attraction. I typically put silicone cases on my phones (I drop them a lot), so I stuck the plate inside the case instead of on the phone itself (see pic). This works very well and I have never had a phone slip from the holder even with a charging cord attached.

This product has been nothing short of perfect for me. It easily mounted to the cd deck in my SUV AND HAS NEVER FALLEN OFF! It’s sleek design is less intrusive than other cd mounts I’ve seen in friend’s cars and researched online. I just wanted something quick and simple to put in my car to hold my phone while I’m driving and this company did the job right. I’ve had my mount for two months now and it’s better than any dash mount I have ever used, which would fall off after two months. The magnets are phenomenal, especially the rectangular magnet, much stronger than the round one, for my phone. And lastly, the customer service experience I had was a class act. When I lost my phone, then got a new one, I contacted the company to see if I could purchase new rectangular magnets. I receive the same day email response and three days later I received for new magnets, two of which were the rectangular ones, free of charge! For a product that is less than $15 and free shipping with Amazon prime, you can’t beat their product or customer service in my opinion. Solid!!!

Got this mount to hold a 7inch CarPlay screen I also purchased on amazon. The magnet connection is great, very sturdy. Unfortunately the adhesive from the steel plate comes off my tablet due to the Texas heat in the car. Will have to find another solution to stick the steel plate on the tablet.
