These are essentially what I expected. Except I don’t understand why some of the Amazon product listing photos show the filter with a hole in the center. I then looked closely at the photos and realize that the center hole is photoshopped. You can see in the 2nd and 4th photos that the hole is just a white circle drawn over the center of the filter. I don’t understand the point in this, given that some of the photos show the filters not having a hole in the center. I would have given this 5 stars and recommended the filters if the photos were entirely truthful, because as a consumer I purchased these filters expecting a hole in the center, and they do not have said hole.

I recently got these 6” x 14” RV AC Filters, and I am quite satisfied with the product. The filters fit perfectly in my air conditioner units, and the MERV 6 rating is exactly right for keeping the air in my RV fresh without overworking the system. I appreciate that the filters come in a two-pack, making it economical since I have two AC units in my RV. The center square hole aligns perfectly with the grille vent, ensuring easy installation. The blue color is a nice touch and makes it easy to see when the filter needs replacing. Overall, these filters are an excellent value and work well for my Class A Coach.

Ok, these are great, I had been looking for these for quite some time to replace my filters for my AC in my RV. I have a Salem Villa Park Model, and I was having difficulty finding these. I did not want to spend the ridiculous amount of money that RV superstores charge, so I was really happy I found these. They fit great and work well!

First, the photo of the filter in the listing does not match the filter I received. The filter in the listing appears to be one solid piece while the filter I received is a blue piece (like the photo) with a fuzzy white backing attached to it. I don’t know enough about air filters to know if that is significant or not as far as quality goes. These filters appear to be twice as thick as the original filter that came with my camper’s ac unit so I hope they will work. They were very easy to cut to the size (LxW) needed to fit my ac. But I have a small camper with a rooftop ac and the thickness concerns me. After I received these I did an online search and discovered the filter on a 13000 BTU rooftop ac should only be 1/4 inch thick. Although the product description stated these filters are .5 inches thick, my trusty ruler shows them to be closer to 1/4 inches thick. So even though they are thicker than the original filter, I think they are close enough to the recommended thickness to be safe to use. Of course since it is now winter, I won’t be able to test them out for a while.

I gave these RV air conditioner round air filters 3 stars for 2 reasons, first they came with no information or instructions relating to the product, how are they installed, blue side down or up and they were supposed to come with a hole in the middle of them but there was no hole.
I am familiar with the product so I know that they are supposed to be installed blue side down and as for the hole, well it is easy to poke a hole in the material where a hole is needed but the supplier needs to be more attentive to detail selling this product because they have a lot of competition.

Wow, this is a big piece of filter material, and you get 2 of them. You simply cut it to shape, and given its size, you should be able to get more than one filter out of each piece. I would suggest using your old filter as a template. Much better filtration than the manufacturer’s original filter.

These seem to be nice filters. They are the proper size for our Coleman Mach 15k BTU AC. I much prefer this style to the thin foam that was in our camper (used) when we got it. I believe these will do a much better job of filtering the air. Our AC unit was so filthy when we got our camper that I actually took it apart and cleaned it with a pressure washer before installing these filters. I think these will do a better job than what was in it.
I do not know if these are washable. But, I will find out as soon as the first one gets dirty. Worst case is that it is not and I have to order more. Good to have an extra or two on hand anyway.
