Everything is plugged in, but it will not power on. Very disappointed. Will reach out to their support and update review.
After working with support determined an issue with the wire adaptors. Waiting on a diagram to bypass or a replacement. Will change to 5 star after I get either the diagram or new wiring adaptors. Unit works with a work around to get it 12v without the adaptors, but I miss out on features like it turning off when car is off and it knowing when I am in reverse.
After receiving new wire adaptors everything works as expected. Thank you for the support.

I’m so happy with this purchase. No lag, audio is great, Installation was a piece of cake. You can watch videos and play games. The UI is also great. Who ever designed this, did an amazing job

There’s a subscription fee to use premium features.
Four times the screen has went black, requiring either restarting the car or resetting, and starting over.
The display is useless when the sun is out (even on the brightest setting) and too bright at night on the dimmest setting.
The text is too small and there’s no setting to make it larger.
Wearing polarized sunglasses causes the display to disappear.
If you set a destination in the map, then go to the radio and change channels it loses the destination and you must start over.
I could not get it to display my phone screen in Android Auto; only the maps worked.
It could not recognize my Bluetooth OBD2 scanner.
Instructions are either: minimal, missing or outright wrong, and tech support takes 3 to 7 days to answer, if they answer at all. If they do answer, you’re likely to get a generic response asking you to record a video, despite having sent photos with connectors clearly marked and asking simple questions. This resulted in the first unit being returned and the replacement unit having exactly the same problem. An accurate wiring diagram showing how the CANbus module is to be wired in would have prevented this.
Although the radio was easy to install, the backup camera wiring instructions are wrong. This required 3 days waiting on Tech Support, buying additional wire, tapping (soldering) into existing harnesses and hours of frustration to install. Additionally, they advertised a Hi Def camera, but it’s Standard Def.
The last straw; I’ve waited six days and no reply from Tech Support. I will now endure the hassle of uninstalling and returning it. Don’t even think of buying this if you have to pay someone to install (and uninstall) it. It would cost you a fortune.

Simple to install and works great over Bluetooth with my android phone. Works with steering wheel controls for the most part. Volume down on steering wheel increases the volume which could be user error. Overall, works very well and low cost replacement for aging vehicle.

Just installed yesterday as it’s been super cold here. Don’t have the backup camera done yet. Will do that this spring. So far it works as it should other then it won’t let me change it from kilometers to miles and it won’t let me change Celsius to Fahrenheit for the temp. 🤷 Any input in that would be great.

This was very easy to install. The only part I had to enlist help with was installing the back up camera. The only thing that was disappointing is that I cannot figure out how to get the lines to show up on my back up camera display
