This Maxshine detailing brush is great! The #14 helps get in to clean hard to reach spots while also not damaging your car. The brush is safe to use on your seats and even the paint as bristles are nice and soft.
Really happy with this and it’s already a welcomed addition to my car washing arsenal.

I’ve used several MaxShine products in the past and have always had favorable results, so I expected this to be a good-quality detail brush before I even opened the package.
After taking advantage of the good weather this weekend, I wasn’t wrong; it is, in fact, a good-quality brush. The synthetic bristles are a bit stiffer than some of my other boar’s hair brushes, but not so stiff as to be harmful to any of the finishes I tested with. The extra stiffness actually works great for more stubborn or hard-to-reach areas, as they maintain their structure enough to get that elbow grease applied appropriately.
Overall I’m pleased with this detail brush and I’m always excited to add MaxShine products to my detailing arsenal.

This black bristle detailing brush is stiffer than the MaxShine Ultra Soft I got last week.
This one is called Black Classic. Large.
These are both high quality by my inspection.
The ultra soft probably better for inside surfaces and where you want to avoid any scratching.
The black brush came with a plastic sleeve that removes and no keeper net like the ultra soft.
But, this will be used by me for tougher jobs. The black bristles will hide the dirt and stain of
auto grease and grime. I will wash them between use and enjoy these for years to come.

What can I say, it’s a detailing brush and does its job. The bristles feel pretty soft and I had no concerns about it scratching soft plastic surfaces. It was comfortable in my hand as well. I found the size to be pretty well balanced for bigger areas like air vents and smaller areas like the shift pattern notch of the shifter. There are other no-name ones out there that seem to get the job done too, but I suppose for softer plastic surfaced, I would have more confidence in this MaxShine brush to not scratch surfaces as, again, the bristles felt pretty soft. I also like that it came in a resealable bag as I can store it without worrying that it will get all dusty sitting around in my garage between uses.

This review is for the Maxshine Black Classic Detailing Brush. The product includes one brush that arrives packaged in a resealable bag. The bristles were enclosed in heat-shrink plastic to protect them from being damaged or bent during shipping.
The handle is about 5.5″ long and is easy to grip due to the raised texture on the sides and use of a rubber-type material. The end of the handle also has a notch for hanging up the tool when not in use. The bristles are soft but firm–they easily clean hard-to-reach areas without causing damage to the surrounding materials. The bristles are also well secured into the handle–I tried to pull out the bristles using a moderate amount of force (much more than they should see in normal use), and none of them came out.
A good detail brush is essential if you want the best possible clean for your vehicle. I look forward to using this brush on my vehicles for a long time.

This large car detailing brush is exactly as described. It is 9″ in length. The synthetic bristles measure approximately 2″ in length. The handle is about 5.5″ long and is comfortable to hold. It is textured at the spots where your index finger and thumb holds it which helps with controlling it. It looks well made. The bristles are soft yet stiff so that they can effectively get into crevices and clean.
